This is Asia's Best Cocktail Menu - Inside Nest By Pun in Taipei

After locating this venue's entrance marked only by a discreet red button, guests descend a flight of stairs into a subterranean space that feels fitting to its name. This is Nest by Pun, winner of the Siete Misterios Best Cocktail Menu Award 2024 as part of Asia's 50 Best Bars. Its menu, titled Tales of Nest takes the form of a hexagon and is centrally bound, rotating to reveal each page. Guests are presented with 20 cocktails anchored in 10 different categories, with each offering two creations grouped by a common ingredient, technique or process. Creations come paired with short descriptions of flavour profiles and a quote to bring each drink to life. Coffee, for example, is showcased through the ‘bright and fruity’ Breakfast G&T (gin, citrus liqueur, clarified orange juice, cold brew coffee, tonic water, citrus shrub, lime leaf) and the ‘aromatic, wild and complex’ Madagascar (rum, vanilla liqueur, lime juice, cold brew coffee concentrate, spiced ginger syrup, coconut). If choice is an issue, take hold of the menu’s custom-designed coin, choose heads or tails and let the coin toss decide your incoming drink. - 50 Best Bars TV is the official YouTube channel for the 50 Best Bars brand, which includes The World's 50 Best Bars, Asia's 50 Best Bars and North America's 50 Best Bars- annual rankings of bars as voted for by hundreds of drinks experts from across the globe. The list represents the ultimate international guide to the world’s top bars and drinking destinations.
